Worst hospital I have ever been to tried twice to get my husband seen for a very painful shoulder while here on holidays rude nurses 2 men at front desk emergency then got sent to another area 97a to see a dr got there another rude lady at reception took our passport then forgot to give it back then the clinic closed got sent to a ward to see a dr realized we didn’t have our passport the nurses on the ward were so kind and understanding as we panicked a nurse went and got it for us once we had our passport back we gave up and left
Excellent staff . Very friendly. Very kind. Best hospital in frankfurt. There is no need to worry when u r here .
Horrible communication at front desk. 5 hours and still waiting for them to see my wife with a pulled tendon.
