  1. I’m sitting here waiting already for 4 hours and no one is helping me!!!!!!!!
I’m in a crazy amount of back pain, can’t hold the tears back, can’t breathe properly. This is my second time at this urgent care and it’s as horrible as it was when I came here the first time!
The nurse at the lobby is so rude, she told me since I’m not choking I can wait as long as it will get.
I am absolutely heartbroken by the treatment that I’m receiving here – which is NONE. I am in pain, I came to an urgent care BECAUSE I NEED HELP!!!
    NO ONE IS HELPING here.
    ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!!!!
    NEVER EVER COME HERE PLEASE!!!!!
I have never imagined that that can be happening in Europe at our day and age.
    Absolutely Barbaric…..

  2. Went there to accompany my Indian friend who had a knee injury and his experience was terrible, so was mine. In the triage, the attendants/nurses were very sarcastic and rude, suggesting his condition was not worth the visit and blames him and other patients for going to emergency without a reason even complaining to his face saying ‘ugh… Patients coming in with this pain and that pain and making our day busy’ to which a doctor even sarcastically replied ‘how exciting…’ . In the end they even very sarcastically told him “please go to the waiting room and wait a long time… A LONG LONG time”, and yeah, I waited there with him in the almost empty room for more than 3 and half hours. Then we decided to see the google rates here and saw a lot of comments of people going through the same, especially foreigners. We also noticed the germans in the waiting room were getting called in very quickly, even those who came after us with very mild issues. For this we decided to leave the place. If you are a person of colour, please don’t waste your time in that place. You are better off elsewhere.

  3. The sisters are all very nice here, even if they are very stressed sometimes. The doctors are all good too. The food is also ok. You don’t have high expectations in the hospital. The rooms could be a little cleaner, especially the bathroom.

  4. If you are a woman of color looking for a hospital to give birth in, please consider going somewhere else regardless of what others say (even doctors) and especially if they are not people of color.

I’m writing this review months after my experience because I needed time to heal from it and process everything. If what I share here can help even one person, it will be worth it:

I’ve given birth twice at this hospital and can tell you that there is at the very least some implicite bias at the birthing unit there (I.e. They never seem to be able to find a vein so I’ve been pokes at repeatedly for several minutes every time – shows the extend of their experience with people of color). Every epidural and spinal taps have had complications (both on separate occasions they had to try at least 3 times and on the second occasion, after 3 failed attempts, they had to put me under full anesthesia) and after care was neglectful (I.e. They left the valve of my catheter closed for over 6 hours after a c-section, refusing to believe that I’d been drinking liters of water, and instead yelled at me that it’s more important to drink than to eat). When I asked to speak to my doctors about these incidents, one of the doctors first refused to discuss it and then tried to gaslight me (I.e. saying it’s normal and they were sure everything was fine) before finally sending down a supervisor (which only took half a day). He was as charming as you would expect someone of his ranking to be and he apologized for the neglect but I didn’t forget and will never.

First time i had a bad experience at this hospital, i thought it was a coincidence. Against my better judgment, and with the referral of my gynecologist, I went again. The second time I had a bad experience, I know its not a coincidence and I refuse to ignore my intuition.

Whether intentional or subconscious they do not provide the best or even standard care to people of color.

I will never put my life in their hands again.

  5. Terrible approach to service and all possible details.
We have already been waiting for five hours for the Imaging, and nothing happens. It would be understandable if the ammount of incoming emergency patients would be high, but it’s almost empty…

It’s just really sad how they work
