The Corner Restaurant

Stopped here for breakfast this morning with my family & it was AMAZING! The chef (Jerad) made our food to perfection and the portions were HUGE! We all left full and happy! Our waitress (Kennedy) was wonderful! She was so sweet and fun! It was a wonderful experience & we will be returning!! 10/10 recommend!

We stopped in to support a small business instead of a chain restaurant!
Food was good, prices were good, wait time and portions were terrible UNLESS you are a regular and the waitress knows you! Then you get double the portions and fast service!
If I had read the response that the restaurant left to a customer for a bad review, we WOULD NOT have stopped!

The first thing you notice when walking in is how clean and organized this place is , then you are greeted by one of the wonderful staff , I’ve yet to find one member of the staff who isn’t friendly , welcoming and knowledgeable , then let me tell you the coffee is perfect , and I love a good cup of coffee! I ordered breakfast my first time which is served until 4pm during the week and 11am on weekends , the dipping eggs were perfect the pepper sausage gravy and home fries reminded me of grandma and the toast was perfect (I got sourdough). I was stunned when we got the check and both my wife and I ate for under $20 (cheaper than McDonalds) , then the next time we stopped I got the “corner cutlet” and fries and it was absolutely high quality and cooked perfectly , the tomato lettuce and onion were fresh and delicious , and the fries were absolutely perfect (they have malt vinegar if you want it which I love on French fries). My wife had chicken noodle soup and a grilled cheese and it to was excellent! They offer to go soups and salads in tubs in case you don’t feel like cooking later and the pies are to die for. The owners are wonderful and extremely involved in the daily operations and the place shows it. If you happen to be looking for a short drive to get great quality food at great prices and wonderful service from fantastic people this is a must stop destination. I’d recommend it to everyone. It will be our go to place when looking for a good breakfast , lunch , dinner or to pick up some soup or salad for home!!

I wish they would serve breakfast longer on the weekends, like they do on the week days at least, if not all day! Most people want breakfast later on the weekends in general, I believe. Also, more vegetarian options for lunch would be much appreciated, otherwise 5 stars!

Best Ruben sandwich I’ve ever had! Real slow roasted corned beef, not deli meat. Highly recommended.
