  1. I had a very bad experience.

    First thing first, if you dont know good German, don’t visit this store.

    My experience was ruined by bad consulting which meant I bought something which didnt fit 100%.

    They offered Purchase Price (>2000 Euro) to be SEPA Debited in 4 parts, but in reality they did so in two parts. They lied.

    Naturally at the end of the year you plan your budget and if everything is taken out it makes things difficult.

    I did complain, but they said it was not 4 but 3, etc etc – in plain terms they lied.

    So basically what you discuss with the Salesman and what he writes on the paper can be different.

    Also, their prices are comparatively higher than regular market price.

    There are other places where you can get better consulting, better deals, etc.

    They dont deserve even a single star. But I have no option but to select one star atleast.

  2. I bought a dryer from Möck and received wonderful advice from an employee. She took the time and organized the delivery. Delivery also came on time, everyone was friendly.
    But I just received an angry/insolent message from möck asking why I wouldn’t pay, I’ve been overdue for 4 weeks. I wanted to pay when purchasing, was refused, and when it was delivered I had to wait for the invoice. The invoice never came back, supposedly undeliverable (but delivery of the dryer to the same address worked). Offer email, spell. Nothing comes, not even spam.
    Why are some companies so complicated? What is the advantage of this complicated invoicing? This accusatory call spoiled my entire buying experience. Hence one star.

  3. Were looking for replacement appliances for a fitted kitchen. The installation situation was unclear and could not be conclusively clarified in advance. Many inquiries to numerous competitors, most of whom didn’t even receive an answer.

    Only one person cared persistently and patiently: the Möck company in the person of Mr. Bold! Including a very pragmatic and fair additional offer as Plan B if the preferred solution, Plan A, would not have been feasible. Plan A worked and was implemented very quickly after being commissioned. The assembly was quick and clean. Our tenant is full of praise, both about the appearance of the fitters and the new hob and oven.
    Top price-performance ratio, not the cheapest but the cheapest solution!

    Despite the small order volume and thankless tasks, we felt like kings as customers. Thank you very much Mr Bold! We would be happy to recommend you and your house!

  4. We have repeatedly purchased household appliances from Möck for years and have always been very satisfied with the advice, installation and service.
    Same today. We bought a new freezer. The advice in store was excellent. Thank you very much Mr Genuit.
    The delivery then took place very quickly. When the device was set up and the technicians had already left, we saw that the door was hinged on the wrong side. We forgot to specify this request when ordering.
    A short phone call with Mr. Genuit clarified the matter and the technicians were back after a short time and rebuilt the door.
    At Möck, service is very important. It’s very rare to find something like this these days.
