  1. Quality and service couldn’t be better!
My father bought from Seipp and my mum still does it today.
The company was, so to speak, born in my cradle.
Never been disappointed, previously with Mr. Becker (many thanks by the way and all the best) as well as today from all the employees.
Whether the senior boss in the past or the junior boss today, always nice, always fair and you can rely 1000% on everything.
Whether you buy equipment or a TV, delivery or service, everything is at its best.
Even when setting up satellite dishes, no matter what, everything worked.
You not only need a good family doctor but also a top partner for everything that has to do with electrical, TV and service.
    You are it!
    Thank you for being here.
    All love and good
    Your loyal customer

  2. The scales on my Thermomix (TM5) were causing problems. She kept jumping back and forth even though there was nothing in the pot or being filled.

The gentlemen from EURONICS repaired the device for €214. So far so good. It worked again and that was worth it to me. Unfortunately, the repair didn’t even last a year (even though I don’t use the TM that often and when I do, I only put moderate strain on it at most). So when I asked within the first year of the repair whether something could be done, they immediately wanted to charge the same amount again. That is too bad. We could have been accommodated there.

When I said that I didn’t want to pay in full again, I was bluntly replied on the phone: “That’s not our problem” and then simply hung up.

My idea was actually not to send the TM and to support a local craft business. However, you have to trust each other. I’m against throwing everything away straight away and I’m a fan of repairs – although unfortunately no longer at EURONICS Seipp. :/

It’s better to take your Thermomix somewhere else.
