Until now we had bought our devices from Otto or Mediamarkt. The washing machine is defective. We urgently needed competent service. Google search and good reviews, smaller specialist shop, were the criteria. Immediately after the phone call with the owner, it was clear that I wouldn’t be doing any online price comparisons this time. I was greeted by friendliness and competence here. I drove past the next day (what luck, because the store name “The Washing Machine” made me think that it only sold everything related to laundry. There were refrigerators, dishwashers and much more. And very good ones Offers from well-known manufacturers. The Siemens washing machine was chosen, delivered 3 days later by an expert employee, connected and the defective machine taken away. Since everything worked so well, we bought a built-in dishwasher from Bosch.
The installation was really only for professionals because the previous tenants had tricked around so much with the height that it was really laborious. But everything was solved perfectly. Thanks to Mr. Schmuck and the great employees. Gladly again and again. And if something happens, I know who to turn to. Smooth 5* recommendation. It’s good that there are still specialist shops like this.
I bought a new one there at short notice after my old machine was damaged. Great advice. Fair prices. The boss himself was in the store and gave me advice. I picked out my new machine in 10 minutes and made an appointment to bring it in and connect it. Everything was super quick and easy. Installation also went smoothly by two competent employees.

Sunday December 29, 2019 Washing machine broke, got a new one straight from the store on Monday. The boss personally advised me. He responded well to my wishes and short-term delivery and assembly were no problem.
The new washing machine was delivered yesterday, January 2nd, 2020, and very punctually. The employee who brought the machine was also very personable, friendly and patiently answered all my questions and explained to me the necessary things about the new washing machine.
It was very important to me that someone connected the washing machine, because for me it is connected to a water extension and neither the Saturn/Mediamarkt nor Otto.de service does that.
This was the reason why I decided to buy in a specialist store this time and I would buy there again at any time. The price was no higher than what I would have paid online.
