  1. It went very quickly and he explained every step of the process and was a funny and personable person. He repaired the PC within an hour and the price was completely okay. I am very satisfied and can only recommend this company.

  2. Not recommended. Too expensive and inadequate repairs. Improvement was rejected. Now it will come down to a legal dispute.

    Answer to the owner: If you could only have seen it with a magnifying glass, you wouldn’t have said anything. As you can clearly see in the pictures, the display and glass back are completely crooked in the housing/frame. You can see this in the photo with the ruler. But even without a ruler this can be seen very clearly. The glue also oozes out the sides. If everything was perfect, we wouldn’t have been offered a €20 refund. This is an outrage as the repair cost a whopping €190.
    The smartphone is now being sent to Sony… we are excited to hear what Sony has to say about the excellent repair.

    2. Answer: I can’t understand why the price was great. The device is available new for €200. The repair cost 190. In addition, the advice was completely wrong. A total economic loss… And you can only see that the errors have been completely repaired in the pictures I posted. THE ERROR CAN BE CLEARLY RECOGNIZED WITH THE naked eye!!
    Sony builds 1 million devices and puts glue on them that doesn’t stick? This statement is more than questionable. We were also assured that the repair would be carried out using 100% original spare parts. In the third personal conversation we were told that we didn’t know exactly whether these were really original spare parts because they came from the wholesaler. I also find this statement more than disturbing. We suggested two possible solutions to the owner, which were more than just fair. Both were politely rejected and we were told to leave the store as quickly as possible. By and large, there was always an excuse for every accusation.

    Now the whole thing is being clarified under civil law because the owner of the shop banned us from entering the building. I don’t really understand what this has to do with customer friendliness.

  3. Troubleshooting my Mac laptop cost €45. I got it back with the statement that the laptop could no longer be repaired and that the data could no longer be saved and that the hard drive could not be expanded at all. I didn’t receive an invoice or receipt for the €45.
    My husband busied himself with the laptop when he had time. Lo and behold, the hard drive can be removed, data is saved and the computer even runs again. Great workshop. Actually I can’t even give it 1 star. Money was collected for a service that was not provided and I cannot even have it refunded without an invoice or receipt.
