  1. I gave the vehicle to my girlfriend for a wheel alignment. The car was “measured” again, but they didn’t tell you that a bushing on the rear axle was knocked out and that the camber wasn’t even adjusted (according to the report it was over 3 degrees camber). Apart from that, the steering wheel is crooked when driving straight and I could have saved myself the money.

  2. I have been a registered customer at the workshop for years. I can say that the entire staff has a very friendly demeanor towards customers. The mechanics always try to meet the customers’ wishes and if it doesn’t work for technical or age-related reasons, then they get together to find a fair solution for both sides. I have rarely found such customer-oriented work in a workshop.

  3. I took my car to this workshop for troubleshooting. Since my car always flooded when I started it and I only had the battery replaced (2 weeks ago), I couldn’t figure out what else it could be?‍♂️. That’s why I came to this workshop. Previously it was communicated in such a way that they would call me before anything was done. They then simply decided to do something with it themselves and charged the battery for a “cheap” 42 euros. I could have done this myself and then the battery was declared broken by a specialist retailer and replaced. Thank you very much for that!

  4. We bought a used Mini here in June and are very satisfied overall. The car was flawless, the service was great, the price was good and even if we had any questions after the purchase was completed, Mr. Reif was still available to help us in a cooperative manner. 5-deserved stars and a recommendation from us 🙂 Thank you very much
