  1. Great place to stay and to eat. Live music on the weekends, very friendly staff, and good food. The cabins were nice and cozy, and even had smart TV’s. The pillows/bed weren’t the most comfy but not too bad for it being a cabin. Very close to everything else in town too. I definitely recommend the brisket.

  2. Loved it! From the outward appearance to the service and food, this place is a must visit! We ordered 3 different menu items. However, the best by far was the saloon salad! We would have never thought of combining the items within, but the protein(brisket) was to die for! Best salad ever!!

  3. Hands down the best kick back relax and enjoy good company and a fun environment in Idaho city. The food and drink menu is good and the venue regularly books music talent to entertain their guests. Performers sometimes perform indoors but The Gold Mine also has a large outdoor seating area and music stage behind the building which is what sets it apart.

My little sister Shantelle Wood was booked to perform here the other week (see photos/videos attached to this review) Our family and friends has a wonderful time listening/watching her performance. The sound setup is great and their staff is friendly and helpful.

    5 stars!

  4. Stopped in and it was Prime Rib night! Quick service, Prime rib was on par with any 5 star restaurant. The creamy AuJus was a nice touch as well! The mashed potatoes had a nice twist as well, and were prepared and seasoned perfectly.

We’ve always enjoyed the small town feel, and quality food they serve up.

Keep up the great we WILL be back!

  5. The bbq and sides was probably some of the best food I’ve ever had. It hurts me to say better than Texas. Will definitely be back. Mac and cheese was some of the best I’ve ever had and the brisket dip and pit master sandwiches were incredible.
