Despite expensive system maintenance just a few months ago, our air conditioning system failed and 4 (in words: FOUR) telephone requests for feedback were simply ignored. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!

Addendum to your answer: Sometimes regret comes too late. I’ve now looked for someone else to take care of our air conditioning and I don’t know why I feel the obligation to contact you again. If you were serious about servicing the air conditioning systems you sell and install, we wouldn’t have this problem. Now you have to live with a bad review and maybe do better next time!

But due to your implied doubts as to whether we are actually your (former) customers, here is a little additional anecdote: In order to install our Daikin air conditioning system, we had to drill through the building wall close to the window. Unfortunately we didn’t know how far the solid concrete window lintel would reach, so I told your fitter to just try and see how far he could get at this point. However, I assumed that he would “feel” with a normal drill and not immediately cut a 9cm hole in our plaster despite the unclear location, which he then seriously filled with a silicone-like mass when it was clear that it was there point didn’t go any further. The place can still be viewed today, but it is reasonably obscured by a curtain rod and in the end we were just so extremely happy to finally have a air conditioning system that I didn’t even mention the incident directly, but only about 2 years later in a conversation with Mr. Jimmy S. mentioned to put pressure on me when I was probably begging for a service appointment again. And it was this “service” that finally finished us off and caused me to write this review. And no, it’s not slapstick, it actually happened. But hey, even if someone else does the service today, the air conditioning system is still working, much to our delight.

We are very satisfied with the company. The advice from Mr. Thimmel was excellent. The assembly by his colleagues was punctual, clean and tidy. A small noise problem was resolved quickly and easily. We can only recommend this company.
