Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

Always a great stop. This location is my favorite but have been to many. We went in for my birthday and it was great. We had Chicken Alfredo, Chicken Parmigiana, Pasta Fagioli and Salad. Everything was fresh and warm. The waitress Jessica was super friendly, attentive and courteous. She found out it was my birthday and brought me the best piece of chocolate covered cheese cake. I couldn’t have asked for more. I highly recommend this location.

Let’s start at how ambarrased I was to take some foreign visitors to Olive Garden and they found a fake NAIL from someone that handled thr salad. At that point I called and reported. The person didn’t quite believe me but I guess went to check. This supervisor/manager came back offering free desserts. Super disappointed and disgusting. Our entire food should have been free and they should have been asking what else can I do for you? I was so shocked I didn’t take a picture of the nail and the salad bowl was taken and I didn’t have the chance to take a picture.

The servers were great and super patient with language barrier and very sweet and accommodating. I would give them 5 stars, but I probably won’t ever go back and this was my favorite Olive Garden.

Olive Garden is a consistent experience as restaurants go. This restaurant is certainly a staple. Everyone has a favorite dish because their menu has some traditional options that don’t change. The food is good overall. Numerous options and friendly staff. Our waitress Cassie was fabulous and she really worked hard to provide a great experience. The calamari was a stand out. It was not overly chewy or rubbery. I had the shrimp and chicken carbonara and it’s always good.

We were seated immediately upon arrival, which was about 4:30 at the South Towne Olive Garden. Expect a little wait if you come later, but usually it isn’t longer than 10 minutes.
Dora was our server and she was excellent! She got our drink orders and was prompt in bringing everything out. There was a small delay in the bread sticks (this is rather normal during dinnertime). We got our appetizer promptly-it was Shrimp Fritto misto- truly excellent!! Unfortunately we filled up on that and salad and bread sticks, so we ended up taking most of our entrees home. (Which re-heat beautifully!). We had the Tour of Italy and the Fettuccini Alfredo with Crispy chicken. Both were served piping hot and were scrumptious. Honestly, it was nice having some the next day…..it ended up being our entire dinner the next day since the portions were so generous. All in all a most pleasant experience!

We had not been in a long time and never to this location and the food was very good and the service was amazing, our waitress probably checked on us every 10 minutes. Food was hot. Definitely recommend! We will be back!
