I am very satisfied with the advice and planning in the Eisenach branch. But I was extremely happy with the construction of my new kitchen with the very competent and very customer-oriented employees. They worked so well as a team and fulfilled my wishes on site. Keep it up! You need such thoughtful employees. I love my new kitchen!
UPATE: After our rather unpleasant experiences, we only had contact through the branch management. All of our issues have been resolved. This time the fitters who set up the couch and table for us were very competent and friendly. The only drawback: all in all it’s open until September 8th. It took a while until our furniture was complete and there were also a number of appointments that had to be covered in time. (The original delivery date for all furniture was actually April 30th)
The table was initially scrapped during construction (table top drilled, screws felt wrong, wood broken off,…). Then I called a little upset (I actually thought the sellers would get in touch with me and tell me what was going on and when I could expect a new record) and asked when the new record would come out and whether I would be back Having to sit at home all day, the nice saleswoman told me that it was my own fault that I had broken my table top. Something like that can’t be surpassed in terms of audacity. Because the installers drilled the panel, is it my fault? I don’t even want to start talking about all the problems that have arisen with our furniture (an expert is coming to see our couch on Friday because it has a huge cold after lying down just once and it also arrived damaged when we received them, they are from the sideboard Fronts damaged – here too I’m still waiting for a replacement and of my 4 broken glass shelves, I got 2 new ones today – the rest will of course be delivered between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m.)
So I definitely won’t buy here again and would actually like to return everything… I’m really disappointed with this poor service.
