After patient (I had a lot of questions), friendly advice and a very timely on-site inspection of the installation situation by the owner, two top professionals installed and explained the split device as discussed.

I am very satisfied with the handling of the order and the work carried out and can also recommend the company. In April 2020 I had an LG single split air conditioning system “Standard Plus” with an inverter outdoor unit installed for attic cooling.

After my call on Friday afternoon, the managing director came to see me on Saturday morning. The offer was quickly sent by email and could be accepted electronically with a “click”. The installation took place two weeks later – in the summer season you definitely have to wait longer for an appointment. According to information, the company installs two systems per day with two teams.

I was skeptical as to whether the installation on the roof gable would work with two ladders, but the managing director said it was definitely possible up to a height of six meters (see photo). Everything worked wonderfully, the system is in the right place and works. In my opinion the price was in line with the market and the fitters were punctual and quick. The installation took a total of four hours. My experiences with Klimamann GmbH are therefore entirely positive.

Of the specialist companies that I shortlisted during an internet search, Klimamann GmbH was the only company that offered a very good monosplit system including installation at a fixed price on its website.
The written offer came within a few hours. All questions were clarified during a telephone conversation, a short-term installation date was offered and the order was placed.
The installation took just under three hours including core drilling. This turned out to be a real masterpiece because it was clear that there were several electrical cables in the drilling channel. The employee knocked the critical areas free with a hammer and chisel until he could push the cables aside and continue drilling.
All three fitters were competent, experienced and friendly. Finally, they vacuumed the “construction site” and cleared it of drilling waste and packaging. Overall, a first class experience to recommend!

We had made an appointment to have our air conditioning serviced. Employees showed up on time and worked cleanly. And at a really fair price! Can only recommend the company.
