  1. Only one cash register open. I do not like self checkout. Went to one anyway because the cashier line was too long. The employee at the the self checkout told us we needed an app to use that lane. Disappointed, put the merchandise back and left. Probably will not go back. Trying to shop local, but business like this is what keeps Amazon doing such good business. They are totally customer friendly, unlike this mess at IKEA

  2. Well-organized, clean and environmentally-friendly-lit store. With a wide and deep assortment and many available products. Excellent display rooms and areas. The queues at the cashiers are reasonably short and if you purchase less than 15 products, you can use the express cashiers. I wish that the employees who serve the food would listen to the customers’ wishes, instead of just filling the plate with gravies and sauces which contain allergens.

  3. Have been shocked by your forced service. Always used self service (express kasse), but found out that from now on the clients can’t use self service anymore if they haven’t installed Ikea app. What’s that if not a forced service?! Absolutely disappointed and dissatisfied.
