  1. While I haven’t ordered/bought furniture from them (yet), the showroom staff were very helpful in answering my questions. Yes, the showroom is a bit smaller than what you’d expect at a place like IKEA, but there are computers in the store where you can browse their entire selection. For the military/SOFA folks: this business does accept VAT forms however, you’ll have to complete the purchase, then submit the form and the receipt to their HQ (in Berlin the staff said) to get the 19% refunded to you. I’ll update my review when I order furniture from them!

  2. My husband and I had a great experience today! The gentleman who assisted us was very patient and answered all our questions regarding the couch we wanted to buy. We ended up placing our order and are very excited. I’m just a little stressed out regarding delivery after reading the comments below. So fingers crossed, but otherwise it was a great experience

  3. My experience with them was a total disaster. Everything was either missing pieces, delayed, or broken. The delivery service left my items downstairs or outside. I had to carry two orders three flights of stairs by myself. Customer service was either rude or try to rush me off the phone. The furniture that they were able to set up, doesn’t work properly. They conveniently wanted me to wait 3 more months for a delivery that was delayed previously for a total of 30 weeks. This is a SCAM of a furniture store. They refuse to give your money back or cancel your orders.

  4. Ordered online via home24, good review is based on excellent delivery and ordering process. The showroom gives you nice ideas and the chance to look on the different fabrics and colour for your furniture before ordering. Recommended.

  5. Absolute con. I ordered a sofa bed on the opening week of the store based on it arriving within 2 weeks as it was promised. The Sofa arrived 3 weeks later with damaged arms. The excuse was they changed delivery agents and couldn’t sort this out. The agent told us they would deliver and replace the new arms next week. They have a piece of paper and nothing ever happened it’s been 3 months now.

    Not to mention we ordered a shelf and wanted to change it for another shelf. We were told we couldn’t have a refund or cancel the order. There was also an offer of 10% discount on future orders which was given to us but it didn’t apply to any items we actually wanted to purchase… no cushions, no chairs.. no shelves so i am confused what it was for.

    Not to mention instead of dealing with arguing for a refund we ordered the shelf we wanted. And it’s now been almost 3 months and it still has not been delivered. The shop told us to call the forwarding agent, the delivery agent tells us to call the company, the company tells us to call the shop, then the company apologises and tells us that the shop changed the delivery agent and to contact the new delivery agent, who doesn’t know anything about the order. This has been the same story every week. No one cares that the products arrived broken and have never answered anything about being replaced, and the shelve we are still waiting..

    The worst service I have ever had, don’t trust anything they say.
