  1. We loved this place. For reasons I can’t remember, we didn’t really want to try this place while in town on vacation. We decided to go anyway on our 2nd day in town, and even though we went about 3pm, it was packed, and we had a short wait for a table. I got a burger, and my wife got the Philly cheesesteak. I opted for fries instead of the chips (was charged extra). I didn’t mind. The fries were excellent, as was the burger. We both really enjoyed our meals. So much so that we ended up going back twice more during our week long stay. All of the food we got was excellent and hot. Their fries are perfect! We did try the blueberry pie, and it was just okay. But neither my wife or I are really pie people. We also go it to go, and I think it would have been much better with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. We had some cream puffs at our last visit, and they also were just okay. So not crazy about the deserts, but it was definitely our favorite food place in Ellsworth/Hancock. Definitely check it out.

  2. Absolutely amazing little restaurant. What made it even better was our waitress named Justice. She was a SWEETHEART! The best customer service ever. Very kind and attentive. The whole staff was amazing but Justice made our meal even better with her bubbly and genuine personality. We are visiting from North Carolina and plan to come back tomorrow for dinner.

  3. This is a great place in Ellsworth to dine in especially if you are or out of bar harbor or Acadia area. I loved the traditional artifacts displayed on the wall and that would take your memory to the rich American past and indigenous history. Food were amazing. I would definitely recommend this place.

  4. Fantastic find. Service was exceptional. I had the fish tacoc with blackened haddock, and my husband had the pot roast sandwich with onion rings and a cup of haddock chowder, and then we each had a slice of pie. I had the banana split, and he had the keylime pie. All were amazing. We have been in the area since June and just found this restaurant. You will not be disappointed.

  5. Calli was a wonderful server! We enjoyed the French onion soup, lobster roll, chocolate cream pie & blueberry cream pie. It’s a very affordable place with good service & really good food! We stopped by on a pretty busy Sunday & sat with very little wait. Everything came out perfectly.
