  1. Definitely a neighborhood gem. This was our first time at this restaurant and were blown away by the place. Beautifully renovated, but kept the charm of the 1784 historical building from the bar area to the dining room. The ladies room was modern and clean. We ordered a cocktail and Prosecco for start and were advised that their menu has recently changed – was a bit disappointed because wanted to have the Halloumi Fritter, that was on their online menu but was no longer part of the new menu. Our order ended up a bit messed up as I ordered the Hot Chicken Sandwich without the bun and my husband ordered the Fried Fish sandwich with Truffle fries but received fried fish with no bun with house fries. The manager came over to ask how we were doing and once he learned about the mix up, he apologized and took the wrong item off the order even though we insisted that that was OK as my husband ate the food. Kudos to the Management and we will definitely return to this beautiful restaurant.

  2. Delicious food! Accommodated our large group on a Saturday night without reservation, and had good service even as the place packed up around us. Hot chicken sandwich was great!

  3. I really was excited to try this new spot in town, so my daughter & I decided to stop in for a late lunch/early dinner. I hate to say this…but nothing really jumped out at me on the menu. My daughter’s steak was very difficult to chew (which she had added to her salad). Parking is limited, so be ready to park on the street. One thing my daughter did say was that the bathroom was really nice, the nicest bathroom she’s seen in a restaurant in a while! Plus side…drinks were great. I may give this spot another try one day.

  4. We dined here on the weekend of 2/9 after hearing good things on a whim.

Parking was a challenge on a busy Friday night especially in the rain. Parked in a lot around the corner. Once we got in, we were seated. The restaurant is tastefully done in a way remembering the nostalgia of Daveley’s. Service was very slow… almost relaxed which was frustrating.

Drinks were good, we tried their seasonal specials. The Calamari was good, a bit soggy for me. The wings were easily the best in town. A+! I had the spicy chicken sandwich for dinner and it was good. Again, bread a little soggy (maybe from sitting, service was very slow.)

All in all, a nice place to check out for a casual meal or to meet up with friends.

  5. 10/10 spicy chicken sandwich – it was awesome. Really good pizza too.

The atmosphere is nice here and server we had was friendly and did a good job.

My only suggestion is they should put signs on the doors to better label the entrances. We walked into through the bar door and didn’t realize there was a separate door where the hostess was standing.
