  1. Had things my local store doesn’t.. but it didn’t have the plastic container lids we wanted.. why have lots of boxes but no matching lids to go with them. Come on Bauhaus what’s the delay? We have been trying to get some xxl lids since before Xmas.

  2. The main store is fine. The staff in there are helpful and knowledgeable.

    However….. That stops completely when you go to the “Drive-In” side. The staff just cannot be bothered to do anything remotely connected to “work”. I doubt they even understand the concept of “Customer Service”!? I actually walked out; got in my car, drove 15km and brought what I was looking for at another shop; with much more helpful staff. I was very disappointed.
