  1. I went to store to check the issue I am observing with my new apple accessory product. The accessory has 1 year apple Guarantee and 1 year warranty from provider but still I just wanted to check why it is not working properly as it suppose to. Some of the apple employee listened to my problem and thought to exchange with an exception as the product is not working as expected but the store manager was very rude and impolite. I felt insulted by her and she doesn’t provide any solution to my problem and deny to attend me.
    This is the worst experience I see in so many years of using Apple products.

  2. Visited the store on the 30 th January for a technical issue with the Apple Watch – the service was not at the level for an Apple Store – the technician was arrogant and not customer oriented .. I am still waiting the online satisfaction survey which I did not receive .- I do not recommend at all et it’s shame to have such behaviors from employees that are supposed to take care of their client – Very much disappointed .

  3. Quick and attentive service but often don’t have the product I want. I think it is the only Apple Store in the region so probably high demand causes in-house product shortage at times.

Didn’t solve my issue, I went 2 times already to Apple for the same problem and they keep telling me that their system doesn’t detect the problem so there’s nothing they can do… Amazing, I buy a product for 1299 CHF and I have these lame excuses when I need assistance… Shame on you, it will be my last iPhone!
